Actress Heart Evangelista clarified that her Brazilian Japanese hunk boyfriend, Daniel Matsunaga is in Brazil to have surgery.

There has been a rumor that her boyfriend received death threats that is why he’s not in the country but Heart denied the said issue. The actress commented and said;

“Ano ba iyon? No, wala, no. Wala siyang kaaway. Papa-opera siya, meron siyang parang… hindi siya makahinga nang maayos kaya may tatanggalin [sa ilong niya].

“Matagal nang ganun siya, e. Umuwi siya kasi doon talaga yung ano nila, like his family, his sisters are there, kasi solid sila talaga ng pamilya niya so doon talaga siya, pero babalik na siya dito sa [April] 12,”

When she was asked by PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) if she has moved on, Heart Evangelista said,

” Yeah, I’ve moved on with everything in my life. I’m really really happy and I’m stable now, hindi na ko masyadong nalulungkot about anything. Happy ako sa career ko, sa family ko, sa friends ko. So, I’m okay.”
